Soulsand Valley Geode

A light blue variant of the amethyst geode found in Soul Sand Valleys. Instead of the normal sound, you would hear sinister whispering or laugher when walking on it. It could maybe be used to make a variant of the telescope that can outline mobs like spectral arrows, or perhaps a creepy glass variant.

While the update is mostly focused on the overworld, this is meant to be an easy way to give the Nether's underground a bit of attention.

  I like it! Maybe it could be called "Soul Quartz" since quartzs are one of the few minerals that spawn in the nether.
