Lightning Rod Held Orientation

When holding the lightning rod and going into f5, it should look like you're holding it from the base like an endrod. Alternatively, you could have them both be held like sticks, blaze rods, or bamboo. This would give the lightning rod a second visual usage of being similar to a club. (I think if you do this you should do the same for end rods, too, though.)
