Amethyst Lamp

The amethyst lamp is a light source that is in the shape of a think rectangular prism and is the height of a block while still being slightly thinner. It is a nice purple with subtle white streaks that would make it look fantastic is modern builds. Since it is the same height as a regular block they could also be stacked together to make tall pillars out of them.

  I think it would be cool if Chorus Flowers glow and give off some light. Because they look similar, they could both be ingredients for this lamp

  I love the idea and maybe they can Emmitt more light than the old light sources.
