Certain mobs should be resistant or immune to cold

Some mobs should be less susceptible or completely immune to freezing.

Completely Immune Mobs: Snow Golem, Vex (because they can pass through blocks)

Resistant Mobs: Polar Bear, Arctic Fox, Goat, unshorn Sheep, Salmon, (Elder) Guardian, and Stray.

  Undead mobs should be immune because they are already cold and dead
