Flowers and Grass on the Same Block as Snow Layers

I think that something that should be added to the Caves and Cliffs update is the ability for flowers to generate on the same block as a snow layer. Poppies and dandelions generate on these mountains, and it looks awkward having random spots of the mountain have no snow, to fit a flower or grass.

    It'd be nice if the same thing could also be done with many of the partial blocks (such as fences).

    Bedrock have something similar, but it need a texture that seems like it has snow, like some white pixels in the top
