New ore: Titanium- Titanium bows and arrows, and fletching table use

This would be a new ore similar to emeralds that only is generated in one block veins and has a one in ten chance to spawn one block of ore per chunk. This would make it by far the rarest ore and its use would be to create titanium bows and titanium arrows. To create these would be similar to the smithing table but instead using the fletching table. you would put one ingot in the slot and either a bow or a stack of arrows in the other slot. one titanium ingot would create either one bow or a full stack of arrows. titanium bows will shoot significantly farther and straighter than a normal bow. titanium arrows deal twice the damage of a normal arrow. titanium can also be used to create blocks and titanium nuggets.     Kinda op, I would make it 1.5x or maybe even less. Other than that, bows have needed tiers outside of enchanting for too long now. This would be a wonderful addition to the game.

    Titanium does not exist in nature in its pure form. To obtain it, chemical reactions are used.

    Titanium does not have the required elasticity. It is highly likely that a titanium bow will be much worse than a steel or wooden one.
