Minecraft Bedrock needs in game voice chat

One of the initial points of minecraft bedrock was to unite players far and wide from all sorts of platforms. But everytime I want to play with a cross platform friend, I have to either spend an hour trying to get a 3rd party voice chat going, or it just doesn't work and we never get to play. I suggest adding an in-game voice chat option with similar UI to the "invite cross-platform friends" screen.

    Same with realms on my ps4. Even if my friend on his ps4 joins my realm we need to start a party. But I play with a couple xbox one players and we end up having to use a third party app.

    since they want it to be safe for younger players they should make it an option to turn it on and off and the default should be off so younger players won't have to search through settings to turn it off

    I play crossplatform with a friend but it feels like hassle to communicate. I don't have a third party voice chat like discord, right now im typing on the built in Microsoft Edge app. I feel like such a big title should have better ways to have players to communicate, text chat is nice if you dont have a mic but I do and it's basically useless.

    Yea great idea they would probably have to make it 13+ though since you can’t block swears in voice chat

    I hate when I have to put in an earbud connected to my phone to talk with friends and only be able to hear the game in one ear.
