Water on a lava cauldron should make cobblestone

Since the new 20w45a snapshot we can now put lava in a cauldron. Would’nt it be nice if Waters on top of a lava cauldron could generate cobblestone or stone.

    Wouldn’t that make obsidian?

    This would make automatic bridges possible. Also, obsidian cauldrons, while it makes more sense to make that, its just a lot harder to program in, and for a less useful result.
