Budding amethyst and Pickaxes

Having the potential to misclick a cluster and destroying a budding amethyst block, which would not come back, would be annoying. Having pickaxes that either have fortune or silk touch not being able to destroy budding amethyst blocks (like swords not being able to destroy blocks on some versions) would be nice if you accidentally try to destroy a valuable budding block.

  They should just increase block resistance so it's harder to mine by accident.
