Spyglasses

I think that Spyglasses, given that you are not within the normal range that this would happen, should not cause Endermen to become hostile and attack, I was trying the spyglass out and, even though my crosshair was not directly over the enderman's head, it still attacked

  We now have spyglass, bows and cross bows. But we also need scoped bow and cross bows. Please just a crafting recipe with bow/crossbow with spyglass. Please add it
