Centering Map + Telescope

To aid in exploration, and provide more reason to climb to a vantage point while exploring, Using a telescope while holding a map in the offhand should map the area around the reticle to the map. Also, the map should appear alongside the telescope view so that you can see the area being mapped as it happens. Furthermore a new map type should be introduced, one that centers on the player at all times (or all maps do this, unless specified not to do so).

Combining a player centered map with a telescope that can map viewed area to that map would be a huge boon to exploration, and provide a good reason to craft maps.

  Using a telescope with maps could also fill in the map without having the player have to go all over the map
