Adjustable Dripleaf Plant

Dripleaf plants should stay stable for varying periods of time based on the conditions they are planted in. Such as lasting for 0.25 sec (5 ticks) before falling if planted in gravel. 0.5 sec (10 ticks) when planted in coarse dirt. 1 sec (20 ticks) in podzol. And possibly even longer times like 4 seconds when planted in wet tilled soil or in dirt that is under water.
