Copper Ore Should Weather (the orange parts to Blue-Green) in Rain

The other Copper related blocks weather in the rain; it would make sense that the orange parts of the Copper Ore would also oxidize in the rain to blue-green. 

This would be a unique colored ore that builders might find useful as there are no ores that have a blue-green color like Copper.

Perhaps the weathered ore would have the same functionality as the unweather ore; you would think of it as just affecting the surface of the ore.

  I would have it so copper blocks only age if they are exposed to air and water (with water possibly affecting how fast it ages). Copper Ores would then turn green if found in caves or when left open in a mine

  no it should not because it is in stone so it should not oxidize
