Running through amethyst crystals causes damage

Amethyst crystals that are fully grown should deal damage while walking through them, similar to walking through a sweet berry bush except there is no slowing down. This would prompt caution and strategy whilst mining. Even if it is only by a little bit.

  Eh, it should be more like dripstone, where you aren't constantly damaged when you move around inside it, but you are simply damaged once when you touch it.
