Bottle O' Enchanting

An amazing idea just came to me. As the item Bottle Of Enchanting is a rare item only found in loot chests, I am suggesting (proposing) That we give them a little more value. My suggestion (proposal) is to make it so if you throw it straight up, and hit it with a weapon as you would with a ghast fireball, it applies a random enchantment to that item. If the player is unsuccessful, it would only give them xp, as it does now. This would reward players with skill, reflexes, and timing. This would actually be more accurate for an item called; Bottle Of Enchanting.

    I just thought of this, the enchantments given would be an enchantment made for that particular tool; you wouldn't want protection on a sword!

    You could right-click an enchantment table with a bottle to get one
