Fire resistance +1 on netherite armor

Since the netherite armor items do not burn in lava or fire, it is appropriate to give them fire resistance beside toughness and knockback resistance. The increasing need of going to the nether after 1.16 requires too much fire precautions. Also piglins' need of a golden piece of armor to stay neutral reduce the armoring value too much. Fire resistance +1 should come originally when upgrading to netherite. This will increase the reward of great effort of finding ancient depris and it is compatible with the common-sense and logic.
