Curse of Denting would be the third curse enchantment in the game. When applied to a damaged item, the item's maximum durability will be set to that point, so that no matter how many times it is repaired, it will never gain a higher durability than when it was dented. While it might seem strange at first, this enchantment actually proves very versatile for pranks, allowing one to measure out specific levels of griefing.
For example, perhaps you want to annoy your friend but not full-on grief them. The Curse of Denting enchantment makes this easy; just dent their favorite tool at 3/4 durability.
Maybe you're a trolling type and really want to bug somebody. For this you can dent their tool at 1/3, and give it Curse of Vanishing.
My favorite idea for it is to create permanently broken elytra. Imagine how annoying it would feel to have a pair of enchanted elytra that could never actually be used!
