Goat Horn used to scare and attract mobs

Goat Horns should scare or attract mobs. Hostile mobs could be attracted to the player/player's location from a farther distance than usual, maybe turning some mobs hostile. And the Goat Horn would scare most passive mobs as the horn is a loud booming sound, can be used as a method of herding.

  1. Would that be necessary we could do other things with the horn?
  2. For example, we could make It into the telescope
  3. The goat already scares mobs.
