Currently, the lock system with chests isn't exactly fleshed out; it only supports strings, which means any item that is has the same name can open the chest. I suggest making the lock tag support a full item tag, which includes ID, NBT, and all of that good stuff. Personally, I also think doors should have this tag, though since that would require making all doors into block entities, it is understandable if that is not able to be implemented.
TLDR: Chests' block entity Lock tag should support items, not just strings
