Lightning Rod Redstone Power

Since the lightning rod can only emit a redstone signal in very specific circumstances, I think it would be a fair and interesting trade off if it also emitted a redstone signal that was stronger than others. 20? 25? maybe 30 blocks? It would also make sense since you are using lightning to get a redstone signal. I feel like it being a situational redstone block is a bit boring, and has potential to do something unique like emit a stronger signal.

  it could also have the electricity particles emit from the redstone when its active from lightning, for cool effect and to show its been effected by lightning
