Fishing rod upgrade to grapple hook

Have a decently expensive but worth the price upgrade of some kind (leave that decision to mojang) that turns a fishing rod into a grappling hook! It would have dead on accuracy so it'd work better, and a fishing rod already has a perfect range limit for a grapple hook standard. And have its own new enchantments. (Of course it cannot be used for fishing anymore) it would also be perfect for the Caves and Cliffs pending update! And if this is done, they wouldn't have to add too much as to make the hook an entirely new device, just adding a few things to modify an already useful device

  I think this is a great idea maybe making use of some new warden drop or sculk resource?
