Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Milk potions

Is your friend group currently under siege by an army of witches, or is there a pesky spider who just so happens to have a strength effect? Well no more! By using a bucket of milk as a brewing ingredient, you can now make splash ad even lingering potions that can hit multiple mobs!

Enough with that cheesy advertisement. But imagine fighting a with with this. By throwing a lingering potion of milk at your feet, the witches poison or slowness potions will be removed constantly, or you could even throw a splash potion of milk to stop their fire resistance. And why stop there? Maybe a mob trapped in a lingering potion of milk can't be healed, even by instant health potions? The same would of course still apply to instant damage as well. And since regular potions of milk will be the exact same as a milk bucket, maybe you can drink it slightly faster, making it viable in PvP servers.

IDK I just thought it'd be cool to become completely resistant to potions.

    Milk Potions shouldn't just remove potion effects, otherwise they'd be just like Milk Buckets. They should give you an extended effect that continuously blocks you from getting potion effects

    Love the idea, specifically about how it is a potion ingredient rather than just milk bottles. When put in a brewing stand, the milk bucket should just turn into an empty bucket

    While Splash Milk Potions could just instantaneously remove potion effects, stronger levels could continuously remove effects

    Different potion ingredients could be used to make it so only certain potion effects are removed instead of all of them

    A special type of milk potion could store potion effects, but only for the amount of time that was left. Redstone dust could layer be applied to increase the effect. This would be useful for storing previously unobtainable potions such as Bad Omen

    While thinking about this, I realized that this is really OP considering that you really only need milk and basic brewing ingredients to be immune to potion effects. Milk should definitely be an ingredient, but there should be another ingredient and/or step that is much more difficult to achieve to balance it out

    It would be simpler if you could just milk a cow with a bottle for a milk bottle, and then created a splash milk bottle with a brewing stand and gunpowder, similar to a splash water bottle.
