Copper Items, Blocks, and Crafting

Copper Blocks are to expensive for everything they make, and should be crafted with 4 ingots instead of 9. There should also be copper variants for everything iron. For instance, Doors, Weighted Pressure Plates, Chains, etc. All of these variants, as well as Lightning Rods, should be able to be weathered and waxed.
