Classic Survival Gamemode

A lot of people (including myself) like the classic gameplay of beta Minecraft. Sure, you can just go back to an older version, but then you miss out on all of the new content! You are also stuck with the default Steve skin, so if you want to have your skin while enjoying the old style of gameplay, you're out of luck. Solution: Classic Survival Gamemode!

Here's how it could work: No natural health regeneration. No hunger. Experience could stay, as it is necessary for enchantment. Food would not be stackable (possibly with its own gamerule?).

With this gamemode, you could have the classic beta gameplay, without compromising the new content that has been added, such as 1.16 Nether. In essence, it would be another way to experience Minecraft, with all of its new content.

(disclaimer: this suggestion is made with current combat in mind; this request is not asking for the old combat system to make a return.)

    i like it! its an interesting way to unite the old feeling of minecraft with new content. in addition to these changes i also think a classic mode should tweak the protection gained by armor and i feel it shouldn't be a difficulty setting but instead a toggleable world option as it would be a bit weird having both survivals in the same world.
