Even though the change to waterlogged blocks, (moving them destroys the water and they lose their waterlogged state), is marked as parity, it is very possible to do this on the java edition and this change was unnecessary. Therefore this change should be reverted. It is theorized by some people, that this change was an attempt to fix zerotick sugarcane farms. If this is the case, it was a failure. While it fixed one method of zerotick sugarcane farms, it did not fix many others, as well as it introduced a new zerotick method(since piston heads now destroy water blocks, both source and flowing, alternating piston heads allow different water blocks to be replenished and destroyed, which removes and and replaces the water condition for the sugarcane in one gametick, converting a break update into a growth update). Even if this is not the case, it also broke ice highways in the end. This all proves that this change was unnecessary and did more harm than good, meaning it should be reverted.
