copper block recipe change

Right now a copper block is 9 copper, which means that you'd need 54 copper ingots for just 4 stairs. Please change this recipe to 4 copper for a copper block, 24 ingots for 4 stairs would be way better.

    I think the current recipe makes sense, because it is on par with the rest of the metals. But, I can see your arguement and it not only valid, but you can also argue either way.
