The goat horn as a sound alarm for the bow

So my idea is that you can combine a bow and a goat horn in the archery table and that gives you a bow with a horn. The function of it is alarming you with a nice rewarding sound when you hit a mob/player with that bow. In the 1.8 PvP Community such a feature is a must have in texture packs.
