Make Cut Copper less expensive

Hello! I love the addition of copper into the game. I adore the colors, the textures, and the whole concept! :)
I have just one problem with it though. Seeing as it's main function is to be a building / decoration block, it's recipe is far too expensive.

To get one Cut Copper block, one needs 9 ingots, and that requires mining a whole vein of copper ore. To get one Cut Copper Stair, the current recipe requires 13,5 ingots. These are really expensive, and copper is not a renewable resource.

I suggest adding another default recipe for Cut Copper. Maybe a 2x2 grid of Copper Ingots for one Cut Copper block? I think this would be a more balanced way.

Additionally, the recipe for Copper Blocks would remain unchanged and would still allow for compressing ingots so they take less space.
