Hot Pickaxe

A new enchantment for Pickaxe 

This enchantment on a pickaxe will drop iron and gold ingots when mined iron and gold ores respectively

    It should not drop anything when coal ores are mined as it would burn them up. Alternatively, mining coal could replenish the pickaxe as if it is providing more fuel
