Redstone Repeaters should be crafted with Quartz instead of Stone

Redstone Repeaters have been traditionally crafted with stone since they were added, however now it makes more sense gameplay-wise to craft them with nether quartz. Nether Quartz was originally added as an item that would be crafted into new redstone circut blocks, and we can see that with the Comparator. Nowadays, we’re so used to crafting redstone blocks with quartz that it may confuse players trying to craft a Redstone Repeater if they don’t do it often, as they may try to use quartz to craft it and not stone. Not only that, but the texture of the Repeater’s base should be made a bit whiter to reflect this - the Comparator’s texture is very similar to the Repeater, so why not just make the bases the same color and have them both use quartz.
