Cave mob idea: blind cave fish

Blind cave fish will be a pale color pallette that spawns in water within caves. When killed drops an item called "cavefish" The blind cavefish can also be used to brew potions of blindness by brewing it with an Akward potions. It can be eaten for around 5 seconds of blindness.
