Lightning rod suggested changes

I think lightning rods should take lightning from a 3 chunk radius, as lightning rods can draw in lightning from very far away.

Lightning rods are not supposed to set other nearby blocks on fire, as they are supposed to pull the charge into the ground. If lightning were to strike onto the lightning rod onto something flammable, it wouldn't be able to set it on fire right beside the rod due to it absorbing the charge like in real life

They seem to be a bit underpowered right now
