Set Custom Copper Rust Time

Currently, it takes 1000–1640 minutes to advance only one stage of rust! Some servers may have players 24/7 while a solo player may only be on their world for one hour a day, making the green variants less accessible for them! My suggestion is to add the ability to set custom rusting time to be faster or slower without affecting other things in the process.
