Ruby Runes

This is based on if a ruby ore is added so its a possible use, refer to the ruby ore suggestion for info on the ruby. So wen found rubys would be used for new system/function which i call insignias which sees the ruby as a item that can be added to tools or armor/a new slot on the armor itself the ruby can be enchanted once obtained with unique enchantment then the enchanted ruby would be place on a slot in the armor/tool they will only receive one enchantment per ruby . Example Jump boost, regeneration, speed , night vision. speed and jump boost for boots. night vision for helmet . Regeneration for chest plate. Etc this system could be more fleshed out and balanced. Ruby will be as rare as emerald and would make it a expensive commodity and encourages adventuring The cave update needs more ores this will be a good candidate for that would make alot of people happy
