Copper Blocks should be a 2x2 crafting recipe instead of 3x3

Copper blocks are currently the only ore blocks that can be made into stair and slab variants. On top of that, they look nice and have a unique mechanic. However, you need 9 ingots for one block. This means if you want a house you need a lot of copper. I think it should be a 2x2 instead of 3x3, which means you only need 4 ingots. Alternatively, it could be a 3x3 with 4 blocks created.
