Allow Character creator items on custom characters.

We should be allowed to use certain character creator items on custom characters, such as back items, headwear, and face items, as most of them are only extra geometry and don't change current geometry.

    I want this so bad, I mainly just want headwear, but would love other things like outerwear, shoes, and face items, this would be awesome.

    Since Minecraft Java Edition already supports using custom skins with layered elements, it would be great to see similar flexibility in Bedrock Edition.
    Capes already work with imported skins, which shows that partial integration is possible. Allowing more Character Creator items with custom skins could improve player customization and also encourage more players to purchase Character Creator cosmetics.
