Make Noteblocks More Audible

Noteblocks are fun blocks that aren't really designed for too much use in the survival word, though they're very fun nonetheless. 

I want to propose the idea that Noteblocks gain more volume in game as they're typically not audible when the play isn't directly facing them. We should be able to hear noteblocks from all sides of the players-- left, right, underneath, above, and from behind. This may just be a bug that wasn't reported, but noteblocks are still very quiet. For example, I have a door in-game that is a complete redstone circut. I was going to attach a doorbell for whenever someone goes through the door, however the noteblock sound in completely overpowered by the sound of moving pistons. It would be nice to be able to hear my door bell over the sound of moving pistons. Thank you!

  The noteblock would adjust its volume depending on the proximity of other redstone products like pistons or trap doors.

  I noticed that often the button click sound downs out the noteblock itself. They should be a comparable volume to farm animals.
