Ivory Plates

Idea: 'Ivory Plates' can be crafter from goat horns; They are a solid, full-sized block, that is dark grey in color.

Ivory plates cannot be blown up by tnt right away, but rather has two or more stages in which it gets damaged by explosions.

When powered, ivory plates will output a timed signal that will turn on and off every redstone tick.
