Respawn Anchors in Minecarts

I think it would be cool if we could have a mobile respawning block.

  This may be a bit far-fetched, but imagine if you could mine the Respawn Anchor with silk touch, and then when you die you would respawn next to whatever has it in its inventory. If you carried it around you would just respawn where you died. Perhaps there should simply be an item for that, like a rechargable Totem of Undying

  Possible bugs could arise. If the minecart moves at all, the spawn point is not kept for a reason.
