Charged creeper farms using lighting rods and copper blocks

Creating charges creepers is a bit of a hassle, it's been made easier through the use of tridents, but it's still not an easy process. With the combined use of copper blocks and the lightning rod however, we could get a new way of channeling lighting. If a lighting rod is connected to a network of copper blocks, when struck by lighting any copper blocks directly or indirectly linked to the lighting rod should send an electric signal that electrifies mobs without dealing any damage to them, allowing mobs like charged creepers and brown mooshrooms to be created without worrying about random chance or an enchanted trident. It would also act as a safer way of charging mobs, other methods can easily kill the mob you're trying to convert, but this way would not harm the mob
