More Snow means we need some Skiis.

The snowy biomes are going to see an update in 1.17. This means that there is going to be much more snow than ever before, in the snowy biomes. Since the snow is said to be "snowier", perhaps a new tool or pair boots could be added to negate this affect. Exhibit-a the Skiis! Now, the Skiis are already in the minecraft files and this is also, from what I presume from wiki, the purpose of the skiis. To combat the effects of snowier snow. Now, however this is put in place is up for grabs, but this would be one of the many awesome features added to minecraft since turtle shell helmets. What do you all think?

    maybe they not only make yu not fall through powder snow but also you could use a pair of those... skii sticks? to give yourself momentum and you will fall and slide through snow and a bit on blocks (ej: stone, dirt any block you can think of)

    Although the skis were a joke, I could legitimately see this working! It would get a bit complicated, though, having no slopes in a block game.
