A main thing I feel like is needed is for the Warden to have a ranged attack so it's not like people can just snipe it.
Instead of climbing, it should jump.
I don't like the fact they are trying to force you to not kill the warden or make it impossible. It is already ridiculously difficult. Also, wardens are BLIND, maybe the break block thing could work but the only way climbing is possible is if they have low accuracy. A possible thing is that wardens could climb properly in large open spaces, but they have a small chance to fall. Also wardens also should drop loot. It is kinda crazy for such a powerful mob to drop nothing. Stop making it harder.
Probably not climbing, but maybe breaking all blocks except for bedrock. Maybe different blocks would take different amounts of time for the warden to break, obsidian would take 5-10 seconds to break, and glass would be instant. Maybe it would love skulk-type blocks and refuse to break them.
Yea or maybe it should suck you into its giant mouth if you try and cheese it by building a tunnel or tower. On a more serious note, I agree. If I'm not mistaken, I think the warden is supposed to be closer to a tornado than a monster. You don't attack a tornado, you run from it. Allowing players to cheese it wouldn't be a good idea, because than it wouldn't be scary anymore.
Or maybe it could crawl, that would be even better.
I like the climbing but I don't want a warden to destroy all of my stuff.
if it can break blocks then it could sneak attack you

There is one thing that could easily slay the Warden: Crystal PvP. It is mostly only seen on anarchy servers and means placing end crystals and detonating them to deal damage. Given that crystals deal enough damage to kill max-enchanted netherite-armored players in a single hit and the warden should have about the health of iron golems and ravagers, two-shotting a Warden with this technique should be easy. For the person that said the Warden was a tornado, this unorthodox skill is fighting tornadoes with nukes.
And they shouldn't be able to get into vehicles unless with commands.
The warden should be able to “earth bend.” It should be able to push and pull blocks like a sentient piston. If you dig a hole, it can make the hole big enough for it to fit in it. If you tower up, it can either make a tower of its own (it should be like a giant stalagmite) or pull your tower down. The warden should only be able to manipulate blocks that qualify as “earth” (such as stone and its variants, dirt and its variants, sand and its variants etc.), so not organic material and water. This might not be possible, but, since lava is molten rock, the warden should be able to pick up and move lava source blocks to attack the player. The warden should not be resistant to fire damage, but when lava is within one block of it, it should cool into cobblestone or obsidian respectively. It could also have an attack where it “throws” earth. It would us stalactites to attack the player.
Yes! I definitely think that the warden should be a mob that you should always try to avoid killing or sneak pass it that is why I'm in favour of not having it drop any items so that there's no reason to kill it in the first place
Or maybe give it something that it can throw to the towering player. I mean, it's blind and lives in the dark, I guess it would have something to defend itself by throwing things against entities instead of running towards something it cannot see. Oh! Here's one:
Since it uses vibration to detect entities, maybe it can also produce vibrations to move entities. Like a knockback. It will send impulses that will interact with the entities on a specific area within a specific range and could potentially knock off the player from the tower. Again like knockback without touching, or the effect of the dragon's wings, but much weaker.
And yes, it should be able to break blocks like the wither. It's big. It should be able to break blocks.
If you make a pillar, the warden should be able to break the pillar then damage you! The only way is to get a silent potion.
Text: “The Guardian should break the blocks in his path when he becomes enraged with the player. He should also use his long arms when the player would make a tower of blocks and finally for me, the new block that looks like dark stone that will be in those dark cave biomes where the Guardian lives should be quite difficult as the obsidian one for the players. To give him time to dig with a beak on the ground and become the Guardian, it would be more important to go to those dark caves very close to Bedrock.”

I think the warden should do a smash attack to break blocks, I think climbing is a weird thing for the warden to do. reason why I want this is because I don't want it to be an iron golem 2.0 build 3 blocks up and and just kill it with an axe. or it could pick up blocks around it and throw it at the player to knock it off walls and stuff
This makes sense cause apparently the warden is supposed to be a “force of nature” so make it feel like one 👍
I think just giving the warden more abilities will make It Overpowered. Instead of Directly gaining more powers, I think the lack of outside mobs In the deep dark would help make sure the warden doesn’t get distracted, and That maybe we could also use some more mobs, Which I have explained here: https://feedback.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/community/posts/360076930611-The-deep-dark-could-use-more-Life
Just keep it terrifying
I think it should only be able to break stone, cobblestone or the blocks in the deep dark. If the player is in its biome (the deep dark) then it can break anything. I think the reward should be the access to live in that biome without a warden always trying to murder you.
the block breaking might be destructive to the cave biomes, as the warden might wander to the edge of the deep dark and hear a zombie, and try to kill it. This would cause interesting warden-sized holes in the caves, but it would also make the caves more cluttered and messy, so I am 50/50 about the breaking blocks part. However, based on the conceptual warden from Minecraft Live, its animation is good enough to justify rock and cliff climbing
having the warden break blocks is a tool for extreme griefing so it would destroy your base and kill you at the same.
Instead of this, maybe the Warden should just have higher amounts of health. It's already overpowered and there's no need for it to destroy blocks and have a projectile attack
There would not be fun if you are just running away from the warden plus its also a pain that it can kill you in two hit with full netherite armor honestly the should make him like a boss so when you kill it you can get good loot from the warden
The warden should have a chance of dropping its head
the warden could have a ranged attack when he cant use melee
