These mining fatigue potions make sense because you would "mine more slowly" when a Warden could be nearby, to be quiet. This would not entirely negate the danger of a warden, but only slightly decrease it. Endermen would be unable to pick up blocks with this effect on them, and the potion could possibly be corrupted to make Haste potions, which in turn cause the player to make more and farther-reaching vibrations while mining. Precedent for this is found with the Wither Rose, which is created in a similar manner. A possible name for this item is the Heart Frozen in Terror, a greenish heart, but any other item could suffice.
