A new mob, the guard. Like many in the game, i like to make my bases open so i can fly in and out with my wings. But... mobs always wonder in and start attacking me as i’m organizing my storage. the solution? The guard. This mob i imagine would resemble a skeleton in some way, but i imagine bigger. A new useful block, the post would be it’s stationary spot. place it wherever you’d like, when a hostile mob comes near, the guard will leave the post to attack. Once finished the guard will return to its post. I imagine you can make a guard by throwing a potion of loyalty at a skeleton (a new potion) The new guard will follow you til he connects to the post you’ve assigned him too. You can upgrade the power and strength of the guard by giving him weapons and armor. stronger the armor, the tougher he is. Stronger the weapon, the stronger his hits are. I imagine this mob could use both swords and bows/crossbows. They will only follow you if their post is destroyed, otherwise they will be stationary. Let me know what you think of this idea! and please Mojang this would be soooo nice to have.
