War Horn

I think that there should be a War Horn of some sort that does not have any purpose, than making climate.

By holding it in your hand and pressing RMB would cause the horn to play a loud sound (similar to that at the beginning of the Raid) that could be heard from maybe around 500 blocks.
The sound could differ according to your location from the origin of blowing a horn. Like in thunderstorm:
Close: Very loud,
           normal
Far: still loud, but less   
       with echo and other...

Obtaining it could be not too easy, but not too difficult either.
I think that it suits well to archeology, thanks to it climaty purpose. 


I imagine players using it for example just before a siege, or to warn other players from upcoming danger.
