Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

SUGGESTION - Pyrite (Fool's Gold)

Pyrite, or Fool's Gold - looks similar to gold, only obtainable in the Nether. The ore only drops when mined with Silk Touch. Easier to get then gold, due to more than one piece dropping from each ore block. Can be used to trade with Piglins, but beware - they have a 20% chance to realize it's not really gold, and proceed to call its friends, without the possibility of using actual gold to distract them.

    Maybe in crafting it can be used to ward off some mobs since it has sulfur in it
