Harvesting enchantment

This enchantment can be put on a hoe, and you could get an enchantment book by trading with a farmer or by the same ways you can get other books. The harvesting enchantment can be in three levels, and with each level comes a new ability. The harvesting enchantment only works when you use the hoe to break the crops and not when tilling. Harvesting 1 would increase the amount of seeds you get while harvesting, and for potatoes and carrots they just give you more. Harvesting 2 increases the amount of the crop you get, like more wheat or carrots and still gives you more seeds as well. Harvesting 3 gives you more seeds and crops as well as one experience orb per crop.
