Customizable Pottery Shard in 1.17

This would be a pottery shard in 1.17. It would be drawn by the player and could be disabled in realms and servers. There could also be a gamerule to activate it.

    We are already getting a LOT of customisation with the pottery shards as it is. I don’t think that this is necessary.
