Pearl Arrows

Enderpearls are hard to aim at a specific spot. Bows are easier. But what if you can combine them? 
Put an enderpearl at the top of a crafting table, string in the middle, and an ordinary arrow at the bottom. When those are combined, you get a pearl arrow. You can shoot it as long as it is in your off hand, and then Boom! You teleport wherever the arrow hits. You can pick up the arrow, but the pearl dissapears forever.
