Add a /blockhistory command

Let's say someone griefed your house and there is no trace of that person. How can you find who did it? It's possible, but very hard if the criminal stays silent. This is why I propose a new command: /blockhistory. In theory, it would show a list of who placed or destroyed the block there and at what time. In chests, it would also show changes to the items in the chest. It would also show what time and day the block was changed. This might be hard to implement though, but if it is implemented, it would make Realm owner's lives so much easier. There are also some Java servers which already have a feature like that via a plugin, which proves it is possible.

    To a certain extent, but if every single block in your world tracks the UUID of the player who did it, I would imagine file sizes would grow quickly.
